H&H Construction recently completed the renovation of our Master Bathroom. This letter is to thank you and your company for the excellent job performed by Kenny Glover and his crew.

From the first day on the job through the very end, Kenny was a complete professional. He scheduled the work to be performed at our convenience, explained the reason it was being done in the specific order it was, and gave us a true feeling of confidence the work would be done to our complete satisfaction.

As the various crew members were brought on to do their part, Kenny properly introduced us to the team members, described the role they would be playing, and made sure we knew he was only a phone call away if we had any questions.

Each and every member of the team were very polite at all times and, most importantly, showed us through the outstanding results just what top-quality renovation work looks like in real life. The tile, painting, plumbing, shower glass and mirrors, and electrical installers worked separately and together as a finely tuned machine. Every day any of them performed work, they made sure they thoroughly cleaned up the area before leaving our home. Looking at the finished product today, we are still stunned at the high quality of the materials and workmanship - we have never before seen it like this in either private or commercial construction.

In summary, it has been our pleasure working with Kenny and his crew on the renovation of our master bathroom. I just wanted to write and tell you how pleased I am with the renovation of my kitchen and bathroom recently completed at my home on Dellwood Dr. Kenny Glover provided guidance and oversight from start to finish. He was extremely professional and always available to me. His suggestions were thoughtful and helped to make the project customized to my tastes and needs. Wes Ferry made sure that I was made aware whenever individuals were coming to work on the project and he, along with Kenny, made every effort to be sure that someone was working on something every day and that the project went smoothly and efficiently. Whitney and Daphne in the office could not have been more accommodating. They provided me with excellent suggestions for accessories and went out of their way to find the right paint to match my wall along with keeping all of the paperwork and billing up to date. All of the tradesmen were professional and their workmanship was outstanding. The jobsite was always kept clean and neat.

In 2019 we did a major renovation of our backyard and built a large pool, outdoor kitchen and pergola, and a complete tear down and rebuild of our wood deck. Fiedler & Associates oversaw the entire project, Mystic Pools built the pool, and H&H built the 3-tier pergola and rebuilt our wood deck. It was an extensive project but all three companies made it so enjoyable. The H&H Construction team were great to work with - professional, highly skilled, kept the job site clean and were sensitive to our family needs. Project manager Wes Ferry did a fantastic job planning, directing and communicating with us every step of the way. We always knew like they had our best interests in mind with every decision. We are so grateful and give them the highest recommendation!

I worked with H&H on a 2 story - 3,000 SF commercial up fit recently. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone for any job!

I had such a great experience with this company. They demolished and rebuilt my deck and also installed new exterior doors on my home. They were reliable and the work was excellent. Their project manager Kenny went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their service.

Three years ago, after purchasing our home, we realized that, although it was structurally sound, it was not to our liking. We sought bids from three remodeling companies and H&H had the best plan for a updating our home. Projects completed:
• The existing kitchen was completely gutted and new cabinetry, quartz countertop, exhaust hood, and new appliances were installed.
• In the master bath, the existing whirlpool tub was removed and in its place a large walk-in shower was created and new cabinetry installed.
• The flooring throughout the house was removed and new ceramic tile installed.
• New LED can lights were installed in both the kitchen and the bath.
• The existing hutch in the dining room was removed and a huge pantry in the adjacent laundry room was created.

The work quality was excellent in every detail and greatly exceeded our expectations.
We recently had a need for some minor trim work in our home and again contacted H&H. John immediately came out to discuss the work and within a couple of days, the work was completed. This level of response and work quality is seldom seen in this day and age. John, Daphne and their team provide a service with 100% satisfaction. H&H did an amazing job building my mono-slab single-family home in 2016. They were a tremendous help in the design phase and provided good advice and direction for me to come up with a plan within my budget. The sub-contractors worked quickly and were professional in all my interactions. The neighbors even remarked as to how well everything was coming together. I had the unusual opportunity to contract with H & H Construction & Restoration Services, Inc., on both a custom home, and a custom renovation of an older home. Mr. Harbin built my house and has done several other projects for me since then. He did an excellent job and was always available if I had any questions. He does top quality work and stands behind all he does. He is honest, trustworthy, maintains communication, and gets the job done right and on time. Would trust him on any project. He builds confidence, builds trust, builds relationship, and builds quality.

I used H&H Construction to build my new home in 2015. I was familiar with the company because they had built the home I was then currently living in. From the first day we met till the day that the job was done, I never faltered in my trust that I had chosen the right company to do the job. Now four months later I live in a home that was better than I had imagined. These guys are absolutely the real deal. The home came in at budget with the exception of items I added or upgraded. Due to weather, the home was constructed less than a month within the time they said it would be done in the very beginning. They have a great team, talk you through the process, always available when you need to talk or have a concern. All of the horror stories I had heard from friends about the construction process of any home went out the window with these guys. Couldn't recommend a better company to do business with. I don't plan to build again but if I do, this is the company.

H and H handled all my repair and renovation needs after Hurricane Michael dropped an oak tree through the roof of my rental home. Kenny worked with me remotely, corroborating accounts of the initial damage from my tenant and the insurance adjuster. Kenny is very knowledgeable and communicative, and he worked tirelessly with me and his team to quickly form a restoration plan. The restoration included a complete rebuild of the roof, exterior siding, interior sheet rock, fireplace, fixtures, carpeting and painting. The work was completed in a timely fashion and within the scope of the initial estimate. On the administrative side of things, Daphne was always readily available to discuss any aspects of the job, and provided contracts, documents, and detailed invoices. When something unanticipated would come up, Kenny, Daphne, and Johnny would quickly reach out to me and present a solution. Beyond the home restoration, I also employed H and H to renovate my backyard, deck, and install a french drain. My tenant is now quite happy in a home that is practically brand new, and I am a satisfied customer! I am grateful to H and H for their professional attitude, their excellent work product, and for treating me like I was their only customer! I strongly recommend H and H, and I plan to contact them the next time I need contracting services.

I wish I could rate H&H higher than 5 Stars. My husband and I bought an older home on the lake because the property was so valuable. The house needed a major overhaul. We started with the main floor which included living area and kitchen. After receiving several quotes, we decided to go with H&H. Best decision we ever made. The quote was very accurate with increases only when we chose additional upgrades. Johnny, the owner, was very involved in the process. We mainly worked with Kenny Glover, the Project Manager, who constantly gave us excellent customer service. He was in touch with us throughout the entire process, and the project was finished in a timely manner even though we made changes along the way! Thank you, Kenny!! The subcontractors were excellent! Daphne was super helpful! Our main floor is beautiful!! Better than we hoped for. We will call H&H for our future remodel and building needs!

H & H completed a kitchen remodel for me in 2018. From the beginning, they were reliable and easy to work with. Johnny came out to my house several times to figure out a floor plan that I liked and would work in the given space. Daphne worked with me to make my selections on appliances, tile, etc., using her experience to guide me in the right direction. Kenny, who was at the house on a daily basis, was polite, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The kitchen came out beautiful!

H & H did a fantastic remodel on a 1948 bathroom remodel. It was a complete remodel and upgrade while keeping the 1948 era feel to the house. Not any easy task considering the limited spacial issues. I can't say enough good things about the entire crew. We arranged this remodel 3000 miles away and everything went smoothly. 5 star, highly recommend.

Over the past six months H&H has done a variety of work for me, both interior remodeling/refurbishing, and exterior deck design and construction. To say I'm satisfied is an understatement. H&H was great to work with on our kitchen remodel. They were very flexible and accommodating in working around our busy schedule and Jack did a great job taking us step by step through the remodel process. I was the victim of a home invasion/robbery on April 9, 2014. The burglars forced entry by kicking in my back door. This was a very traumatic experience for me. I felt very unsafe in my home after this and wanted my home secured as soon as possible after the incident. I was referred to H & H Construction by a good friend who had ongoing projects with H & H and praised their dedication and quality of work. A call was made to Johnny Harbin of H & H Construction, and he and a team member were on the site before law enforcement officials had even finalized their incident report. I was able to stay in my own home that same night all because H & H was there immediately to secure my home by installing a new door and jams and replacing all of the door locks. H & H also came to my home the very next day to finalize non-emergency repairs such as painting, etc. associated with the installation of the new door and locks. I expressed to Mr. Harbin my sincere appreciation and he assured me that he would always respond to any emergency such as this immediately. It is very seldom that you find a remarkable builder as well as remarkable person. Mr. Harbin is this person. I highly recommend H & H Construction. I will call H & H for any of my home repair or remodeling needs and have conveyed my rewarding experience to my friends and family.

H&H Construction exceeded all of my expectations when they renovated my home. Remodeling a 63 year old house is not an easy task. It definitely requires an extensive amount of knowledge and experience to update a home from this era and H&H has exactly that They were very clean and organized while performing their work and were always dedicated to getting the job done on time. In fact, they finished the job ahead of schedule and under budget. I highly recommend H&H and will definitely be using them for any upcoming renovations.

I have used H & H for four projects in the last 4 years. In every case they have completed the job on time and with-in budget. During one job, Mr Harbin came over on Saturday to check the finishing touches on a bath remodel in a rental unit and found a tree had fallen on the house overnight causing roof and water damage. He took corrective action and then called to inform us of the situation. His quick action saved thousands in damages. I recommend H&H without reservation.

My experience with H & H Construction & Restoration Services was extremely positive. H & H is very customer oriented. The owner of the company or his project manager come to the house each morning to make sure the crew knew what was to be done and then would return at the end of the day to inspect their work. They kept me advised as to what they were going to do each day of my restoration and what time to expect them in the morning. They replaced the floor and updated all the plumbing. They also replaced the old iron tub, the sink, and the toilet and also replaced the tile around the tub and on the floor. All of the people who work on this project are very professional and personable. They completed the project on time and I am very pleased with their work. I have a new and beautiful bathroom. I would recommend H & H Construction and Restoration to anyone without reservation.

The first time we called Johnny Harbin to do some renovations for us he impressed us with with his quality, skill, punctuality and professionalism. He also saved us money. We were thrilled with the result and we have since called Johnny to help us on several other projects.

"Johnny Harbin and his crew were top-shelf in ability, experience, communication and honesty. They built a 14X20 room addition plus screened porch that flows seamlessly from our home. Our architect reviewed their work during the process and gave H&H high marks, too. I did my homework before hiring H&H, contacting clients and taking bids from other builders. H&H was the low bidder. While that was a factor, the overwhelming reason we chose H&H was the positive vibe Johnny and his manager Jack exuded from our first meeting. They kept their word on start time and kept the communication open along the way. We appreciated that Johnny is hands-on and did a lot of the work himself and closely inspected the work of others. The job did take longer than expected by a month (weather was a factor), but the quoted price was pretty much on target. We asked them to do additional jobs during construction. Johnny's sub-contractors all respected him, too. I highly recommend H&H."

I could not recommend H&H more strongly. In my 60 years, I've "built" two houses and renovated two others, and the recent work H&H did for me was by the far the best experience I've had. Great people, great work and a fair price - I don't know how you could expect more.

H & H completely demo'd and rebuilt our deck from the ground up using quality materials and techniques. The new deck included an ADA spec'd 60 foot ramp to assist us in remaining in our home as we get older, as well as a walk around extension that allows us to get to parts of the house that we were never able to access before, making cleaning those areas possible. Construction is extremely solid. Due to the nature of our property and house, the build required a lot of custom designing as the project progressed, which H & H was able to accomplish with no problem. All surface boards are screwed in with Torx head screws, not nailed, which will make board replacement, if needed, much easier down the road. Also, they inspected every board before it was used, and sent a lot of wood back to the supplier, as it did not meet their standards. They have a courteous and knowledgeable staff, and they kept the work area clean on a daily basis. We are extremely satisfied and we're looking forward to having them back to complete our next project.

We hired H&H Construction after a number of unsuccessful attempts to find a company to build an outside deck. The deck turned out great and we are very happy with it. Jack, John, Daphne and their team were very professional, responsive and friendly. They were on time with the cost estimate, design and construction, and took care of the permit. It was a pleasure to work with them. They are currently completing the second project for us and we are planning more. We would highly recommend H&H Construction to anyone who is looking for a reliable contractor!
