Mr. Harbin built my house and has done several other projects for me since then. He did an excellent job and was always available if I had any questions. He does top quality work and stands behind all he does. He is honest, trustworthy, maintains communication, and gets the job done right and on time. Would trust him on any project. I used H&H Construction to build my new home in 2015. I was familiar with the company because they had built the home I was then currently living in. From the first day we met till the day that the job was done, I never faltered in my trust that I had chosen the right company to do the job. Now four months later I live in a home that was better than I had imagined. These guys are absolutely the real deal. The home came in at budget with the exception of items I added or upgraded. Due to weather, the home was constructed less than a month within the time they said it would be done in the very beginning. They have a great team, talk you through the process, always available when you need to talk or have a concern. All of the horror stories I had heard from friends about the construction process of any home went out the window with these guys. Couldn't recommend a better company to do business with. I don't plan to build again but if I do, this is the company.

H and H handled all my repair and renovation needs after Hurricane Michael dropped an oak tree through the roof of my rental home. Kenny worked with me remotely, corroborating accounts of the initial damage from my tenant and the insurance adjuster. Kenny is very knowledgeable and communicative, and he worked tirelessly with me and his team to quickly form a restoration plan. The restoration included a complete rebuild of the roof, exterior siding, interior sheet rock, fireplace, fixtures, carpeting and painting. The work was completed in a timely fashion and within the scope of the initial estimate. On the administrative side of things, Daphne was always readily available to discuss any aspects of the job, and provided contracts, documents, and detailed invoices. When something unanticipated would come up, Kenny, Daphne, and Johnny would quickly reach out to me and present a solution. Beyond the home restoration, I also employed H and H to renovate my backyard, deck, and install a french drain. My tenant is now quite happy in a home that is practically brand new, and I am a satisfied customer! I am grateful to H and H for their professional attitude, their excellent work product, and for treating me like I was their only customer! I strongly recommend H and H, and I plan to contact them the next time I need contracting services.

I wish I could rate H&H higher than 5 Stars. My husband and I bought an older home on the lake because the property was so valuable. The house needed a major overhaul. We started with the main floor which included living area and kitchen. After receiving several quotes, we decided to go with H&H. Best decision we ever made. The quote was very accurate with increases only when we chose additional upgrades. Johnny, the owner, was very involved in the process. We mainly worked with Kenny Glover, the Project Manager, who constantly gave us excellent customer service. He was in touch with us throughout the entire process, and the project was finished in a timely manner even though we made changes along the way! Thank you, Kenny!! The subcontractors were excellent! Daphne was super helpful! Our main floor is beautiful!! Better than we hoped for. We will call H&H for our future remodel and building needs!

H & H completed a kitchen remodel for me in 2018. From the beginning, they were reliable and easy to work with. Johnny came out to my house several times to figure out a floor plan that I liked and would work in the given space. Daphne worked with me to make my selections on appliances, tile, etc., using her experience to guide me in the right direction. Kenny, who was at the house on a daily basis, was polite, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The kitchen came out beautiful!

H & H did a fantastic remodel on a 1948 bathroom remodel. It was a complete remodel and upgrade while keeping the 1948 era feel to the house. Not any easy task considering the limited spacial issues. I can't say enough good things about the entire crew. We arranged this remodel 3000 miles away and everything went smoothly. 5 star, highly recommend.

H&H was great to work with on our kitchen remodel. They were very flexible and accommodating in working around our busy schedule and Jack did a great job taking us step by step through the remodel process. We really enjoy our new kitchen and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a remodeling project!

I was the victim of a home invasion/robbery on April 9, 2014. The burglars forced entry by kicking in my back door. This was a very traumatic experience for me. I felt very unsafe in my home after this and wanted my home secured as soon as possible after the incident. I was referred to H & H Construction by a good friend who had ongoing projects with H & H and praised their dedication and quality of work. A call was made to Johnny Harbin of H & H Construction, and he and a team member were on the site before law enforcement officials had even finalized their incident report. I was able to stay in my own home that same night all because H & H was there immediately to secure my home by installing a new door and jams and replacing all of the door locks. H & H also came to my home the very next day to finalize non-emergency repairs such as painting, etc. associated with the installation of the new door and locks. I expressed to Mr. Harbin my sincere appreciation and he assured me that he would always respond to any emergency such as this immediately. It is very seldom that you find a remarkable builder as well as remarkable person. Mr. Harbin is this person. I highly recommend H & H Construction. I will call H & H for any of my home repair or remodeling needs and have conveyed my rewarding experience to my friends and family.

H&H Construction exceeded all of my expectations when they renovated my home. Remodeling a 63 year old house is not an easy task. It definitely requires an extensive amount of knowledge and experience to update a home from this era and H&H has exactly that They were very clean and organized while performing their work and were always dedicated to getting the job done on time. In fact, they finished the job ahead of schedule and under budget. I highly recommend H&H and will definitely be using them for any upcoming renovations.

I have used H & H for four projects in the last 4 years. In every case they have completed the job on time and with-in budget. During one job, Mr Harbin came over on Saturday to check the finishing touches on a bath remodel in a rental unit and found a tree had fallen on the house overnight causing roof and water damage. He took corrective action and then called to inform us of the situation. His quick action saved thousands in damages. I recommend H&H without reservation.

John did a wonderful job on renovating our guest bathroom. He and his workers were always prompt, courteous, communicate, extremely friendly, honest, and exceeded our expectations. Costs were reasonable and the quality of the work was exceptional. H&H was easy to work with and hit a home run with the custom cabinetry. My experience with H & H Construction & Restoration Services was extremely positive. H & H is very customer oriented. The owner of the company or his project manager come to the house each morning to make sure the crew knew what was to be done and then would return at the end of the day to inspect their work. They kept me advised as to what they were going to do each day of my restoration and what time to expect them in the morning. They replaced the floor and updated all the plumbing. They also replaced the old iron tub, the sink, and the toilet and also replaced the tile around the tub and on the floor. All of the people who work on this project are very professional and personable. They completed the project on time and I am very pleased with their work. I have a new and beautiful bathroom. "Johnny Harbin and his crew were top-shelf in ability, experience, communication and honesty. They built a 14X20 room addition plus screened porch that flows seamlessly from our home. Our architect reviewed their work during the process and gave H&H high marks, too. I did my homework before hiring H&H, contacting clients and taking bids from other builders. H&H was the low bidder. While that was a factor, the overwhelming reason we chose H&H was the positive vibe Johnny and his manager Jack exuded from our first meeting. We hired H&H Construction after a number of unsuccessful attempts to find a company to build an outside deck. The deck turned out great and we are very happy with it. From the first day on the job through the very end, Kenny was a complete professional. He scheduled the work to be performed at our convenience, explained the reason it was being done in the specific order it was, and gave us a true feeling of confidence the work would be done to our complete satisfaction.

As the various crew members were brought on to do their part, Kenny properly introduced us to the team members, described the role they would be playing, and made sure we knew he was only a phone call away if we had any questions.
